USB 3.0 on X62

Hey guys,
When I got my X62, I was told it has USB 3.0, and I see it in device manager, but in each of the three USB ports, the OS tells me the device could perform faster "if you connect it to a super speed usb 3 port".

More importantly, I can't remember transfer rates being more than about 25MB/s.

Any ideas how to change these ports to be USB 3? The current drivers say Microsoft 2006 (like all my peripherals seem to).
