Buyer remorse P70 w/ FHD screen... is it possible to upgrade to 4K?

I got a pretty sweet deal on eBay and ended up buying a P70 w/ i7, 32Gb Ram, 512 Gb SSD in mint condition.
The only drawback is the screen: FHD - and it seems a bad one. The colors are dull (comparing to my LG Gram 2018 15") and I was thinking about to replace it to a 4K panel.
Found a new one on https://www.laptopscreen.com/English/mo ... o/THINKPAD P70 SERIES/ but when it comes to finding out what display cable to buy it gets complicated.
All the sellers that I found on eBay and Aliexpress can't guarantee that it would work (they don't explain why).

Can someone help?
