Thinkpad p 72 not sharp image video

Hi All

I recently purchased second hand ThinkPad p72 type 20mb- 002gus . and when i watch video content the pic is not clear and grainy 

i up to date all drivers and windows but isn't the same , screen resolution is max 1920/1080

i will appreciate any advice.

What does an external monitor show?

Can you switch graphics in your BIOS?
Like disable nVidia?
If none of that makes a difference, try another OS, but your GPU is most likely under the weather.
