Hopefully someone faced this and found solution.
After installing Ubuntu 22.04 which run some firmware update (it looks like Intel Management) I cannot wake up the sleeping machine anymore. The LED on the power button is either flashing slowly (indicates proper sleep state) or rather quickly (indicates some intermediate sleep state), but pressing it or any other reasonable combination doesn't wake it up. Only long press shuts the machine down forcefully.
I've updated the UEFI to 1.67 and ECP to 1.18 and reset the BIOS settings, but no help.
May it matter TPM seem to be dead? Ubuntu normally doesn't use it.
Thanks in advance for any hints or ideas.
