Thinkpad P50 - Wireless dock compoatibility

I was reading about the new Wigig dock ( https://support.lenovo.com/hu/hu/solutions/acc100265 ) and it iseems that it is not compatible with my P50.
It seems, that Wigig requires a 3band wifi card, to communicate with.
The question is: if I cange the wifi card to a new 3band wifi card in my P50, will it work with this Wigig dock or does it require something else ?
