ThinkPad p 72 volume change high and low

Hi all

ThinkPad p 72 win 10 volume suddenly change high and low only with headphones .
replaced the earphone slot card under warranty, uninstalled audio driver and installed again ,tried other headphones but nothing help
any advice will be appreciated.

I have the same with a P52 Thinkpad.
