Thoughts on the P16v Gen 2

Does anyone have any opinions on this model? I'm currently looking at one at the Lenovo outlet.
The machine will be my every day driver at work. I'm a tax accountant and do a lot of number crunching and tax preparation, mainly with Excel and professional tax software.
My current machine is a W541 20EG with a i7-4810MQ Quad Core, 32GB Ram, 256GB M2-Sata for the operating system and a 1TB SSD D: for storage. It's been in service and working like a champ since 2019, but it's getting a little tired. The only shortcoming is the 1920x1080 screen.
The P16v that I'm looking at has a Core Ultra 7 and a WQUXGA at 3840x2400 IPS. 1TB Storage that I can add to and the same 32BG Ram Obviously, a MAJOR upgrade. But is it overkill?
Also, I'd like to know some pros and cons to the model itself. I've been checking the usual forums, but I'd like some more input.
Thanks in advance!
Greg
