T14Gen2i, T14s Gen2i, T15 Gen2i Performance issues

Hi!
We have a big problem with our Lenovo T14 Gen2i, T14s Gen2i and T15 Gen2i.
The systems have been running with very low performance lately. Despite low processor load, the processors get extremely hot. The processor's clock rate naturally drops.
Systems run with Windows22H2 19045.2965/3086, the latest BIOS versions, latest drivers via Lenovo System Update. Phenomenon has been occurring for about 2-3 weeks. Other Lenovo systems like T14 Gen1, T14s Gen1, T14s Gen3, T15 Gen1, T16 Gen1 are not affected by the phenomenon. System configuration in general: I7, 32GB, 1TB NVMe. Can anyone observe about the same?

Check the fan. It may be clogged with dirt, forcing the processor to throttle down.
