T14s Gen5 poor performance in Windows 10

I recently acquired a new T14s Gen5, it came with a Windows 11 image but I've installed a fresh build of Windows 10 and installed all the Lenovo drivers for every component. However it's suffering very poor performance including very noticeable delay even just typing, it's almost unusable and I keep switching back to my old T14s Gen 1 which runs way faster. Not a system performance issue as Task Manager etc all show very low consumption of resources but there is definitely something not right. My guess is possibly something to do with power modes or CPU throttling but I have no idea how to troubleshoot this stuff.
T14s Gen5 Model 21LS
Core Ultra 7 165H CPU
Intel Arc GPU
32GB RAM
Windows 10 22H2 + all current updates
Installed apps is just Office 365 suite, Slack, Zoom, Citrix & VMware VDI clients. AV is Defender.

Has anyone else got one of these laptops running Windows 10 and can offer any suggestions?

Thanks,
Dan

Windows 10 might not be able to handle the p-cores and e-cores properly.

It's a supported OS for this model, so it should do.

I really don't like Windows 11 and was planning to hold off for as long as possible, but if I can't resolve this issue then I will rebuild with Win11 and run with that instead.
