T14s SSD in the WWAN Slot?

Is there a definitive guide for putting a SSD in the WWAN slot? I have a 1st Gen Intel T14s. I understand the WD SN520 with a BIOS of no later than 1.37, does work?

One of the comments in this Thinkpad subreddit thread claims that the WWAN slot in the T14s Gen 1 Intel is already whitelisted.

OK, had not seen that one SO ....... 415 say it will work AND 414 say it will not work.

Definitive guide anyone? I know it must have a B and M slot.

OK For the record, as I have describe the set up, above, works perfectly.

Have not done any speed tests or deep research, just installed the 520 (in my case it was a Lenovo version) booted it and up the the 2nd SSD came. No problems at all.

Spoke too soon. When the laptop goes to sleep, you lose it till you reboot. That said Im using it for music, so when running the laptop does not sleep.
