Kubuntu/Plasma DPI Scaling

Hello, everyone! So I decided to put Kubuntu on my T450s that literally refuses to shutdown. I am thrilled that everything is working "out of the box" with Kubuntu 18.10. It's been a good few years since I dove into Debian Linux, much less the desktop environments.
The 1080 panel makes things just a little too small for viewing. Is there a way to scale the display like in Windows 10? To apply a global DPI scale to the whole machine?
Right now, everything at 100% the text is just slightly too small for comfortable reading with the given screen size. I found a scaling option in the System Settings, but that only seemed to apply to the UI but nothing else.
