hello for all forum, I try to repair my thinkpad t20 , the machine don't switch on, my thinkpad doing nothing, the machine don't show me any electric light.
After that I open the machine and I change the maxim 1632, but now

When I press the button to switch on the machine only show me the electric light and immediately disappear the electric light, and the machine can't switch on , the machine don't switch on , the fan don't switch on.
Please somebody who help me and what else I need to change

Hello,

looks like your thinkpad suffers from a very common fault known as BoD, Blink of Death.
You can find many information in this thread:

The other component you point at in your picture is a ADP3421; replacing it gives you a good chance to revive your T20, but not guaranteed.
