Are the power supplies of the X60s specific to the three digit model type of the laptop as the Hardware Maintenance Manual lists them or can any of them be used for any X60s?

T6x/X6x and all newer are fully compatible as long as the wattage is sufficient. So basically don't use a 65W PSU with W500 and heavy gaming.

The manual lists 65W. Are you saying I should get a 90W? I'm looking at getting an X60s.

I have a 65W with low Voltage for my X31 and I think it's a 72W for my T41.
I'm guessing those tips wont fit and the voltage is wrong anyway.

I found some affordable 65W 20V.

I don't recall if I looked for 90W the other night or not. If I did, they seemed crazy high priced.
