You are lucky!! I have a T43 on eBay with that price and maximum specifications for 14.1" but yet no bids!

I have a Dothan Pentium M 735 (1.7ghz) lying in spare which will turn your R51 faster but idk if you need that or not. Or since you are in Toronto as well, I can help you do the upgrade if you don't know how to... :D
