Hi, I apologize for my English, I have a problem with ibm t23 no power no beep if I press the button f1 or f2 is stuck on the screen of the bios, maybe the bios is corrupted, you can reprogram it with a programmer eprom? there is a bios file (dump.bin) for 24 pin 24rf08...tanks

Remove the RAM and the wifi/modem card, now try to boot.
If it beeps 1-3-3-1, the motherboard may still work.
If no beeps, the mobo is dead.
