T450s WiFi and Bluetooth dropping connections

Does anyone else have this problem with thier T450s?
While using my laptop the WiFi connection and Bluetooth connection will drop. The WiFi starts to reconnect after about 5 to 10 seconds, but the Bluetooth often fails to reconnect. This happens to me all over the place---both at home and traveling.
