Going Rates For The T440/440s Series With FHD?

I know they are universally reviled for the touch-pad but I"m thinking I might be able to score a great deal on one with a FHD panel for my Dad, instead of upgrading his 420s. He defaults to using a mouse for his pointer needs. The 420s needs a battery and I would have to do the screen mod.

Thoughts from anyone who has used one? Anyone have aftermarket sale data on the price of the 440/s?
