WTB: t430s hard drive cover

I need a hard drive cover for my t430s, the one I bought new off ebay didn't seem to be genuine and it didn't last very long before it cracked. I don't mind if it is used I just want a genuine lenovo part.

I've got one of these, OEM and new. Do you need the screw as well?
