All docks/port replicators that are compatible with T61 14.1" Widescreen?

I'm sure this has been asked before but I don't know where to find it. What are all the docks / port replicators that are compatible with the T61 14.1" widescreen and which docks would be the "best" i.e having an expansion slot for a graphics card? I ask because I'm used to other brands like HP and Dell who used to make lots of docks for their laptops but they were all slightly different making them incompatible with different laptops, despite looking similar.

I have been using the 2503 Advanced Dock with my T60 for a couple of years now, with an Nvidia 1030 graphics card in the dock. I have the passive heatsink version of the card, so it's physically too large to be able to fit inside the dock. I use an extension lead so that the graphics card doesn't need to be inside the enclosure.

It works great, but sleep mode is not supported (not sure whether it's an issue with the Nvidia driver or something else). If the laptop goes to sleep, it will just hang, and needs a reset to bring it back.

Also with T61 laptops that you are interested in, I remember there is an issue with memory management if you have 4GB or more in the laptop.

I've heard about this issue but I don't fully understand it. It seems to me like an arbitrary limitation of the BIOS? Does Middleton's BIOS fix this issue or is it a flaw with this model's chipset or design? If anyone could help me find documentation or info about this problem, the help would be greatly appreciated.
