T520 White List

Tried the search function, found lots of talk about, but did not find the 1802 removal disc/flash. Anyone have it handy, wifes wifi card is less than impressive.

It took some digging but I found this:

Post 356 at the bottom has a (currently) non-dead link to the latest 1.52 BIOS for T420 (with SPECTRE fix from 2018) with advanced menu and whitelist removed. It's for T420. The latest I could find specifically for T520 was 1.45 (second link here - the first is dead), and 1.46 for W520. I could test it later this week... though I don't have any mPCI-E wifi cards to check the whitelist removal with.

It does need to be flashed from Win7, not Win10. Use of a Hiren's Boot disc should suffice.

For posterity, I archived T420 1.52, T520 1.45 and W520 1.46 to my recovery repository. I'll save all other whitelist/BIOS mods I can there, since links go dead frequently.
