x250 and t570 not run after instal second hdd (Wan slot)

Hi,
I bought 3 ssd m2 ( 2242), samsung 512Gb, 128 and 256Gb. Both machines are not running with new hdd, there is no reaction for power button... First time I was sure that motherboard is broken with some reson, but after reset button, it power up. The same is with t570. Is there any possibility to use those drives ad any lenovo x or T ?

Are they M.2 SATA-3 or M.2 PCIe or M.2 NVME?
X250 uses only SATA-3.
AFAIK T570 can use both SATA-3 and PCIe.
Neither can use NVME.
You also need to check the UEFI/Legacy settings for bootup.
