OS X on Thinkpad T60P. Please help!!!

Please help me!!! I need expert's tips on installing OS X.

1. Where can I download OS X for T60P and any totorial?

2. Is dual booting with XP possible?

3. Currently I have XP Pro on C: Drive (35GB) and OS X will be on D: (35GB) and E: (20GB) for the shared data.

Specifications:

CPU : Intel core 2 T7200 @ 2.00GHZ
RAM : 2GB RAM
Video : 256MB ATI FireGL V5250 /14.1in 1400x1050 LCD
Sound : SoundMAX Integrated Digital HD Audio
LAN : 1Gb Ethernet / Intel 802.11abg wireless
HDD : 100GB 7200rpm HD
ODD : CDRW/DVDRW
Other : Bluetooth/Modem, UltraNav, Secure chip, Fingerprint reader, 6c Li-Ion batt, DOS license

i think the only part will give you problems will be the wireless (no solution for now), the other minor stuff like the fingerprint reader won't work, you might have problems with sleep as well. but you should be able to get it at least working 90%.
