hello guys i also have a t22 with 256ram the max is 512 for it right so what type do i get for it thanks

The max. is 2x 256MB RAM PC100 Low Density. (8 chips per each side of the module) On EBay eBay search for "33L3069" or "33L3070".

It 'should' as long as the module is no larger than 256MB and it is low density (8 chips per each side of the module for a total of 16 per module).
