Installation/Uninstallation Guide
------------------

1) Installation/Uninstallation by ThinkPad Software Installer.


ThinkPad Software Installer provides install/uninstall wizard for this package.
 
 1. Logon with a User ID with Administrator privilege.
 2. Execute OSFX32US.Exe to extract this package onto the hard drive.
 3. Click Start, then click Run...
 4. Type [Program Path]\SETUP, and click OK.
    Program Path is the full path name where you extracted the package
    in the step 2, and click OK.
 5. Follow the instructions on the screen.


2) Manual Installation by "Setup Program of QFE"
 
Setup Program of QFE is the installation program for each QFE which is extracted
to each folder when running OSFX32US.exe. The file name is xxxxxxUS.exe. "xxxxxxx" 
shall be written as QFE number. 

 1. Logon with a User ID with Administrator privilege.
 2. Execute OSFX32US.exe to extract this package onto the hard drive.
 3. Go to the folder for QFE which you want to install. Refer to "Table of Installed 
    QFE" to know what folder you should go.
 4. Execute xxxxxxUS.exe of each QFE folder. 
 5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
   
3) Manual Uninstallation by "Add or Remove Programs".
 1. Logon with a User ID of Administrator.
 2. Click Start, then click Control Panel.
 3. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
 4. Click Remove of the QFE which you want to remove.
 5. Following the instructions on the screen.
