Looking to get a T2x...Video card question....

I'm leaning towards a t23 only because for what I can tell the 23 has a 16m video card...Is that true or do any of the t22's or t21's also have a 16m card?

Doing alittle research it looks like the 21's and 22's have an 8m card.. Am I correct?

and, of course, (just to answer my newbie question) it is impossible to upgrade the video card on a t22... correct?

It is impossible to upgrade the video card on any Thinkpad so far.
