Can I upgrade my T23 2648-8MU to XP

It came with win2K factory and can't locate any recovery disks. I was thinking to try and buy Win XP Pro upgrade and install that. What problems would I have? where can I get drivers?

If not I do have a full standard version of Win2K but again none of the T23 specific drivers and not sure what to get. Any help or pointer would be appreciated.

No problem, all my T23's are running XP.
All necessary drivers can be downloaded easily, see first reply.

My T20 and T21 run XP with no problem.
