Bios update - BIOS: 1.28 / ECP: 1.22 - Oct 4, 2010

Hi all. Be aware that there is a new Bios Update.

In addition to a lot of fixes from previous updates there is one very interesting.
"(Fix) Modified BIOS internal data set for improving manufacturing efficiency."

Probably it doesn't mean anything, but when a BIOS update mentions the word "efficiency" I dream about that noun operating under my Thinkpad hood.

So it helps them manufacture the laptops more efficiently?
That's kind of a weird update. Doesn't really seem necessary for people who already own it, but I guess makes all of the machines the same.
