Folder wallpapers in XP

In Windows 98 and 2000, I can set a wallpaper for a folder, like a library for My documents, a bookshelf for My eBooks, or a ship unLoading for downloads.

Did Microsoft take this feature out of XP, or just hide it? If it's still there, where?
