windows 10 shares wifi password with facebook?

I read that windows 10 shares your wifi with facebook?

There's a number of articles dealing with what W10 shares, what can or can not be disabled etc.

I'd suggest a thorough research on the subject matter before going online with the OS in question installed.

Posted from Windows 10 Enterprise and Microsoft account (i.e., not a local account).

I highly, highly doubt that Microsoft would share the wifi password with facebook.

That being said, I welcome our new corporate overlords and am ready to be a Citizen of New Amerika.

MS shares the wifi with your friends, so if a m8 is at your place FB/Win10 logs them onto your router automatically.

Microsoft only shares a WiFi connection with your friends if you decide that you want to share it with your friends when you connect to the network the first time. In addition, you can't share 802.1x networks with WiFi sense.

Default setting is share.
