I realy need an Thinkpad soon with Win7, LTE, Encrypt SSD, fast CPU and Graphic.
I found that who is are just 2 left.
So is there any reason why I should NOT buy this Thinkpad: 20JW000AGE ?

How much are you paying for it? That is the biggest factor for determining the quality of a deal.
That machine is spec'd nicely and would probably do fine for you as long as the price is reasonable. I'm guessing you are on the Lenovo outlet?
