X62 / Win 10 Battery Thereshold set?

Hi,
This question was asked in Dec 2017 I believe, but I don't know if it was ever solved. I moved to Windows 10 a few months ago, and I have no idea if there's a way to get battery charge theresholds here.

If I remember correctly, one could install the Power Manager in Windows 7, but that no longer works for Win 10 and Vantage won't install either.

Any ideas? I've worn my nice rebuilt battery down 30% due to negligence

X62? Isn't that a 51nb laptop? Does that even support battery thresholds?
