If it is a scam, you are promoting it by posting a link to it. At the very least the traffic to that site can't hurt.

It was FB sponsored ad. I'll watch it for a while ... then delete it if it looks suspicious.

Re: A 7" Windows 10 device for 40 Euro?
I was mildly interested in an earlier model of the GPD UMPC (also 7" with Windows 10") and searched for them once in a while on eBay. Even the cheapest used ones always sold for >$300, so I lost interest. I would be happy to pay $300 for this new-and-improved version. If it were a 2-in-1, I would raise my budget to $400. These days most of my pants have huge pockets because they need to be large enough for my giant smartphone (Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 with 8" QXGA screen). This UMPC would fit.
Dell Latitude 7370 (QHD+, 2.84lb); HP Pavilion x2 12-b096ms (FHD+, 3.14lb); Microsoft Surface 3 (FHD+, 2.00lb);
HP Z440 (Xeon E5-1630 v3); Dell OptiPlex 5040 SFF (Core i5-6600), OptiPlex XE2 (Core i7-4770S)
Acer ET322QK, T272HUL; Crossover 404K; QNIX QHD2410R; Seiki Pro SM40UNP

I sent the link to the GPD vendor but it is almost clear it is a scam (or some boxes from the crowdfunded sales). Waiting for reply (if any).
On the other hand a link from their official web site to a German store that sells it for 710 Euro
It looks also weird, there is something wrong with this company I think.

It's available on Amazon for $500-$800 depending on version.
Black ones are cheaper; seems like those may only be 4GB RAM though. The Q&A says they're 8GB but it also says they don't have micro SD slot which the description and pictures clearly show.
Pointing device looks like it's similar to the pseudo-Trackpoint some Lenovo portable keyboards have; tiny square in the upper-right corner of keyboard works sort of like a tiny touchpad.
Definitely looking closer at this.
