Is possible to enable maximum fan speed also before windows loading? I suffer of pc freeze during reboot because the fan is slow down when exiting windows. Is possible to modify bios settings?

(a) I am skeptical that this is the actual cause of freezes
(b) If it is, then it means you have a problem with your computer - defective fan / heatsink / bad thermal paste; the solution should be to fix whatever is wrong
