P53 Pantone Driver

Hello all,

I recently had my screen replaced, and went ahead and reinstalled windows windows from my factory restoration disk (Im using an SSD I added myself as a boot drive, so it wasnt in when I sent the machine for service).

For whatever reason my Pantone Color Tool didnt reinstall. It is available from Lenovo, but the website now rejects my serial number.

Can anyone with a Pantone certified P53/P73/P1g2 PM me if theyre able to download this (https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds540353) driver from Lenovo (ie its not rejecting your serial number)? If so, would you be willing to work out a way to zip the installer and readme and send it to me either via eMail or google drive depending on file size?

Always enter your S/N without the hyphen (-), so try again.

I tried with and without a hyphen (XX##XXXXX and XX-##XXXXX). Unfortunately still no luck, and no response from Lenovo. Ill try making a post over on their forums, maybe someone over there will be able to fix the issue for me.

Example: S/N R7-AB345 should be entered as R7AB345, none of those ##

I was using # to represent numbers and X to represent letters. I have tried both with and without the hyphen and neither works.

I just tried it, unfortunately no luck. Im pretty sure it needs the Lenovo software since the panel was calibrated at the factory, and then the calibration profile stored in the cloud/server somewhere. Lenovo's software seems to be the only way to grab it.

Ill send them another support ticked since they just ignored and closed my first one.
