How to remove x31 Supervisor Password

Recently got an x31 off Ebay and the seller declined to advertise that it had a supervisor password. Trying to reset it myself using the EEPROM method by following the info http://ja.axxs.net/x31.htm. However, I haven't been able to get it to work. I've been trying to short the SCL and SDA leads using a screw driver but still can't get into the BIOS

I guess it's better for this thing to end up in a dump than for someone to get use out of a 17 year-old laptop.

Rather than displaying a juvenile sarcastic fuss about the board's rules, you should try to return the machine or get a [partial] refund for not-as-advertised, unless it was an as-is sale.

You won't find info on hacking supervisor passwords here. Keep searching the web if you refuse to give up. Also take 5 minutes to re-read the rules.
