WQHD - LCD issue.. what is wrong?

Hi guys,

I installed a LP140QH1-SPB1 in my T430 using the e-qstore kit almost 1 year ago.

Today I noticed a lighter area in the middle of the screen...... I'm wondering if this is a problem with the convertor or the LCD panel?

(If I turn the backlight off, I can still see the lighter area in the middle)
