My T410 has a weird problem: above the touchpad, the left and right TrackPoint buttons do not work, but the middle button works fine. The TrackPoint itself, every key on the keyboard, and the touchpad with its buttons below also work with no issues.
Tested various versions of Windows and Linux and it did not help, so it is not a driver problem. I disconnected and re-connected the keyboard, it did not help either. It does not seem like the cable and connector have any sign of damage. The buttons themselves click fine.
I do not have another T410 keyboard to test. (Maybe T420 keyboard is the same?) Is my keyboard damaged and I just have to replace it, or is there something else I could check?

T420 KB can also be used in a T410 (and v.v.).

Why is my P1 Gen 7 so much better on battery? Cool, quiet, fast — but not on AC.
