X230 Trackpad buttons swap

Hi all :)
I've recently replace the x230 keyboard with a x220 one ( plus palmrest ),
but i found the x220 trackpad Buttons really "bad", like something low-quality.
AFAIK is it possible to swap the x230 trackpad buttons with the x220 ones without breaking anything?
