T430s screen upgrade FHD

Just bought a t430s and want to upgrade the screen. What is the best source for the best FHD screen, and are any kits still available for the conversion?

I am looking at this as well. The screen is my only issue with my T430s. It's an i7 with backlit keyboard and wwan, no gpu.

I found these on aliexpress:

They both mention the T430s, so these should work I guess. But I have no idea if they are good choices. Would love to have some input if anyone knows.
One of the things unclear to me is what is the difference between the panels available (B140HAN01.1, B140HAN01.2, B140HAN01.3).

Also, are there any guides to doing the actual swap available anywhere? Would be really nice to read about it or see pictures of anyone who's done it before.

I upgraded mine with some unbranded parts like these from Aliexpress. First screen didnt work, got it at second try. Screen looks perfect, just doesnt go as bright as the original display, however its still worth it considering the big image quality upgrade.
