Fn + 4 Shortcut to Toggle Sleep Stopped Working

I have a E590 ThinkPad. Recently, the Fn + 4 shortcut that sends the laptop to sleep stopped working. I've tried toggling Fn Lock (Fn + Esc) but it didn't work. I'm not sure what might have caused it and don't know how to get it back. Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated.

UPDATE: I installed this and it seems to have solved the issue
