Choosing a WWAN module for P70

I have recently ordered a refurbished P70 and I want to equip it with a WWAN module. The P70 I ordered hasn't yet arrived but I want to make sure I am picking the correct WWAN module compatible with it.

Firstly, since I still don't have the P70 device on hand, is there anyone around here who is familiar enough with this model to recommend me the correct WWAN module. Also does the P70 come equipped with built-in antennas or do I also need to additionally buy and install the antennas along with the WWAN module?

From the Lenovo website, I know that the Sierra EM7455 module is the one for P70 but there seems to be two FRU numbers and I cannot decide (FRU 01AX746 and FRU 00JT542)
