Either the BT module is toast, or it's disabled in BIOS.

I think it works, because Bluetooth finds a device, but doesn't connect and then I can't remove that device.

You may need to remove the existing Bluetooth drivers and replace it with something else. There's an old post somewhere in this forum about alternative Bluetooth stacks for Win 7, though I can't seem to find it right now.

Nah, I can't remove old drivers because bluetooth device is not even on the list in device manager

I hope your quad behaves well. I tried an i7 2630qm in my T420 and I felt it was running too hot and throttling, so I went back to the i5 2520m (which also runs pretty hot).

these models perform decent only with integrated graphics - ati/ nvidia cards are thermal disaster

I agree and I believe it's the general concensus that laptop DGPU is generally unhelpful since they are underpowered, inefficient, and obsolete really quickly. But I also own a workstation W530 with K2000M that I hope to use for CAD soon.
