X230 won’t turn on

Hello, I have ThinkPad X230 with broken display and I’m trying to boot it through vga port but it won’t start. When I press the power button it lights up then goes off, the fan starts then goes off. Any suggestions?

Eliminate/disconnect parts one by one.
Unplug the charger and wait for 1 minute before removing 1 part.
plug in the charger, then turn on.

* LCD cable on the system board side.
* HDD, SSD, etc.
* webcam cable on the system board side

* RAM sticks--Note: you will not be able to boot without any RAM, but expect the 1-3-3-1 error beep code. If you don't get an error beep code, that means that the Thinkpad doesn't even POST (power on self-test).

I tried this steps and same. Even changed the RAM sticks.
There is no beeps or any sounds. Does it means that is totally dead?

Maybe. It's possible that there's an electrical short somewhere that's causing it to shut down immediately.
