X395 long bootup time

Hello all,

I have recently got a X395 (I'm definitely "not in love" to say the least with the new thinkpad lines, but a non-Intel unit was just very tempting) out of curiosity and for testing. While the device is not bad at all, it takes around 2 minutes to boot while the "fast boot" option is enabled. Is it typical with those units? My old and (t)rusty R601 outpaces this one.
Too many thinkpads not enough time!
