Hey everyone,
I’m looking at two second-hand ThinkPads and could use some advice on which is the better deal. Here are the options:
Option 1:
ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 (Ryzen PRO 5650U)
40GB RAM, 512GB SSD for €400
Option 2:
ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 2 (i7-9750H, GTX 1650)
32GB RAM, 1TB SSD for €650
I’ll be using the laptop mostly for programming and daily tasks, but I’d also like to play some non-demanding games like League of Legends. I plan to use the laptop for at least 3 more years, so durability is important.
Which one do you think is more worth it and would last longer? Also, if you have any other ThinkPad model recommendations within my budget (max €700), feel free to suggest!

So if it's just regular 4 k 15.6 I better choose T14? I looked that X1 with 4k tend to have battery problems ,but I mainly plan to use it with battery adapter mostly ,so it's not a big problem:/ .

T14. It's got a better CPU, more RAM and it's over 200 euro cheaper.
You can't push it on either so having the 1650 is a moot point.
