t490s do you put thermal paste od the secon chip CPU?

I have owned t490s for about a month and wanna giet it a new and fresh thermal paste. Some tutorial show to put paste on both cores and the others that it is not adviced to put it on that small one as it produces only max 3Wats. Big YT guys say they do it to be on the safe side. Originally lenovo dit not put the paste on it. I m a bit puzzled whether do it or leavet as lennovo did without pase on it. Idk what id yours opinion.

Instead of paste, use a PMT7950 thermal pad, but only on the larger chip.

I'd admit when I did my T490 I "did" put it on the second smaller chip, and it truly made no difference. I did it because the heat shield extends over that chip, so there must be some thermal considerations.
